To get that dream body, your full commitment is necessary. You have to be ready to do other things than exercising for this is not enough to ensure you will get what you want. Your instructor would ask you to make lifestyle chances like eating healthier, getting more rest, and limiting the vices that you have.

Commitment is very important but you should not be very harsh on yourself or on others. Exercising is an activity that is supposed to make you happy and relieve unwanted stress. You should learn not to severely punish yourself for eating one cupcake and instead deal with it properly.
