the current learning system facilitate different styles of training and teaching. Instructional rounds is an exercise that involves a number of trainers mostly 3 to 5 who mix up and decide to learn new methods by visiting on of the colleagues who is teaching in a classroom and find out how he conducts his teaching and learn something which they will use to teach their students.

Observation is one of the many ways for teaching procedures. This is whereby the persons who are willing to undergo the process attend a lesson which one of them is teaching and observe the way he teaches. Through this the interested parties will be able to learn new techniques which they might apply when teaching. This helps them to strengthen their strong points and to improve on their weak points.

Institutions which conduct routine training assist their teachers to cover up the lost lessons. The institution will have to find a way to keep their learners occupied while the exercise is conducted. By doing this the tutors participating in the exercise will concentrate because they will not be thinking about their students and will give their whole.

The tutors participating in the process will learn something new such as use of sticky notes which is not common. This involves the use of a sticky paper to note down the major points and place it somewhere it can easily be retrieved. Learners will not easily forget those major points as they are easily found.

Asking questions is another tip on improving the exercise. This method is understood by all and sundry but the way the question is answered makes the difference. A tutor may decide to challenge his students by asking them to research on their own before providing the correct answer. This will enable the students to understand a topic more clearly through the research they conduct by themselves.

When the exercise is complete the staff members will then sit down and engage themselves. They will point out what they learn and will ask for more information to understand better. Through that the teachers are able to apply the new techniques with ease and students will grasp the information well.

The trainers and trainees have accepted this method to be more helpful to them as they learn of new techniques and skills. The trainees are given a platform to raise their issues and suggestions on more ways that will be beneficial to them. Through this platform both parties will get an opportunity to interact together and it will bridge the rift between them. The trainees will have the desire to know more of a certain topic and therefore this will give a trainer morale to impact more and more knowledge to them.

Teaching with the aid of diagrams will enable learners have a more vivid understanding of a piece of work. The use of videos will also give a better understanding to students. The information seekers will be advantageous because of the practice and there will be a lot of improvements and the results will change at the end of the day. The institutions which have adopted this system have felt some good improvements.
