They are also not required to offer recommendations to the observed teachers.
This technique is effective in developing the teaching methodologies of educators. This is because they get to observe how their colleagues instruct and disseminate knowledge to students in classrooms. Furthermore, teachers are capable of applying these skills when handling their students. The main objective of this technique is to develop teaching careers as well as increasing academic performance in schools.
This endeavor stimulates energy and excitement among teachers who work in the same school. It is also an opportunity for educators to learn from their colleagues from other schools.
