Your dentist has to make a scan, design a reconstruction and send the data to a 3D printer or a milling device. Maybe 15 minutes after that, he can start implanting it into your mouth.

These replacements are more durable than gold ones, and if you take a good care of your teeth, they will last at least ten years.
