Water is our lifeforce and a crucial component of our health. Drinking at least 2 litres per day is a good benchmark to follow and you should certainly up this further if you are exercising. Often dehydration will be confused with hunger, so take a drink of water when you feel hungry and see if it helps your cravings subside.

Tip 5 - Take responsibility for your diet

If you actually educate yourself, rather than simply believing others, then you'll find yourself being more aware of the negative nutritional decisions you are making. This will help to empower you to build a healthy diet that suits you.

If you follow these tips you'll start losing weight and it won't come back. So cut carbs, enjoy more protein, add lots of the right fats, drink water through the day, and educate yourself about your diet. Do this and you'll see great results.
