When mountain bikers go up hill, leaning forwards assists them in reaching the top. This will create more even weight distribution and ensure the front wheel remains on the ground. By leaning back and raising your front wheel you work your muscles harder.

A little known fitness trick you can practice while doing crunches is to press your tongue against the top of your mouth. You will engage your neck muscles and maintain better alignment in your neck. This way, you prevent serious stains and other injuries.

Make a concerted effort to do the exercises that you like least. People tend to neglect exercises that they aren't capable of doing easily. Add this exercise to your routine and overcome it.

Exercise when watching television so you always have weight loss momentum. You can use commercials as a time to have quick, short workouts. Keep a set of 3lb weights beside your chair to do a little weight training as you like. There always seems to be opportunities to squeeze in a little bit more exercise.

Stop feeling guilty for watching television; exercise during your favorite shows! You can exercise through the commercials and still watch television while improving your fitness.

To reduce the time lost related to the clothes that you use when working out, be sure to purchase neutrals and place dirty clothes in a laundry basket. This way, all of your workout clothes will match and look coordinated even when you just grab something in a hurry. Likewise, when you get home from the gym put your dirty workout clothes in one collective hamper. Then when you do a load of laundry you can keep all your gear together.
