Why We Age And What We Can Do About Reversing It

Growing older is a touching subject but one that needs to be addressed probably because we want to grow old slowly and live youthfully even as we age! We want information that can tell us why we age and what we can do to turn back the clock but first you must understand why we age.. Its quite a common question why we age and it's not the easiest to explain... The main cause of aging is damage to our DNA structure and our protiens by allowing the wrong foods and toxins into our body the best thing we must do in our youth is to try and avoid all of these oxidants and free radicals so tehy dont end up haunting us in the future but what if it's too late what if the damage is already done?

Before we get onto how we can actually fix the problem at hand we must address another important factor that is contributing to the question we sometimes ask ourselves - Why we age? And that is Glycation, another factor which has an impact on aging. You may be wondering what is that.. Well it's when glucose actually binds with the proteins, the lipids and DNA and make them less functional and as this causes our body tissues to malfunction. As time passes on this glycation build up unfortunately becomes even worse and causes people to age.

B vitamins benefits can be attributed to slowing down the process of aging. B vitamins such as Niagen and Niacin are necessary since they convert proteins, fats, and carbohydrates into energy. The components are additionally essential for the formation of new DNA. When you take Vitamin B3 either in your food or as a supplement, it will be converted into Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate (NADP) and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD). These are highly potent antioxidants that protect your body from damage caused as a result of oxidation stress.

Unfortuantely we do get more frail as the years go on but we don't have to now with the scientific breakthroughs we are having there is no reason we have to deteriate like most do! Most of us arent aware that a simple B vitamin like Niagen can increase muscle mass, look younger and even reverse muscle wastage and has even shown to increase the metabolism.

Not just physical issues like muscles weakening but phycolological and emotional issues as well like forgetting things feeling all muddled up in the head and often leaving you feel dizzy can often be contributed to the fact that you have depleted levels of NAD. Which is normal as we get older this is what happens our NAD or vitamin b intake and the use of it needs to be a lot more so we need a supplement or try eating foods that help boost these levels back up!
